We’re especially thrilled by the interest shown in our newest systems, and delighted to share a quick recap of what we presented.
LithoScan Console: North American Debut
At the show, we unveiled the new LithoScan Console, marking its North American debut. This system brings together advanced spectrometer and densitometer technologies (for precise color control) with AI-powered defect detection, giving print operations an elevated level of inspection and assurance.
One of the standout features is the laser projection capability: instead of simply flagging an error on a monitor, LithoScan projects the location of a defect right onto the printed sheet itself, giving immediate visual confirmation.
In addition, LithoScan supports sheet-to-sheet or PDF‐to‐sheet comparisons, has touchless scanning for wet press sheets, and spectral measurement for delta E on spot-colors.
For companies focused on reducing waste, ensuring consistent quality, and gaining tighter control of their print output LithoScan opens another level of capability.
LithoFlash Inline: Proven Color Control for Offset
In tandem with the debut of LithoScan, we also showcased our flagship inline system: the LithoFlash Inline. This system automates color measurement and adjustment in real time, eliminating many manual color-checks and reducing make-ready time and substrate waste.
Importantly, LithoFlash Inline is compatible with virtually all new sheetfed offset presses, and can be retrofitted to many leading brands (for example: Heidelberg, RMGT, Komori, KBA, Manroland, Mitsubishi).
For printing operations whether in commercial, packaging, or converters, this system helps streamline production, improve throughput, reduce costs, and maintain consistent color across jobs.
Open House & Live Demo (Pre-Show)
We also thank those who joined us at our pre-expo open house in partnership with RMGT America on October 21 in Winter Park, Florida. At this event, we delivered a live demonstration of LithoFlash Inline running on an RMGT 970 perfecting press, followed by a technical round-table discussion.
This exclusive session was a great way for attendees to see the technology in action, ask direct questions with our team, and engage in deeper conversation around real-world application and ROI.
